Homecoming It was time for them to follow through with their promises to each other. They went to class just like normal and everything was good. They all participated in the homecoming dress up days during the week and had fun with it. It was practice time now and they all knew what they had to do. During individual work they all worked hard and did their drills going a hundred percent. They didn't hold anything back. When they went to team session they were all fired up and pumping everybody else up. This was to get everybody else to work hard and want to do good. Their plan worked becasue everybody was going as hard as they could and it was the best hitting that Calhoun football has seen in a while. Everyday this continued until Friday rolled around. The boys were going through the halls with a little swagger in their walk. Nobody new why but the boys had done what they said they were going to do in practice and were proud of themselves. Coach said he had never seen anything like it before and couldn't wait to see what was to come in the game later.
